What's new

The latest we've shipped in Araguaney. We keep improving the standard for aid collection centers.

Last updated: Jul 27, 2026

  1. New

    Araguaney is open source

The platform's code is public under the AGPL-3.0 license. Anyone can audit that each center's inventory is isolated and that no personal data is stored, or run their own instance.

  2. Improvement

    Who's behind Araguaney

The About page now says who builds and answers for the platform, with a public profile, and makes the commitment explicit: Araguaney is free and will stay free.

  3. New

    Email deliverability panel

Admins can now see emails that bounce or fail, with the option to resend them. Fewer invitations and notices lost along the way.

  4. New

    Center self-registration with approval

A center can request to join from the web; the team reviews the request and, on approval, grants coordinator access. Adding centers no longer depends on creating them by hand.

  5. New

    Campaign reports

Per-campaign summaries of what was received, packed and shipped, exportable to share with partners and institutional donors.

  6. New

    Messaging between users

Coordinators and volunteers can communicate inside the platform, with email notices, to coordinate without leaving for other apps.

  7. New

    Transfers between centers

A center can transfer inventory to another; once receipt is confirmed, both centers' stock updates automatically. Less duplication, better distribution.

  8. New

    QR labels and exportable manifest

Every homogeneous box is sealed with a QR code and its label, and each shipment produces an exportable manifest / packing list ready for customs, with no manual re-entry.

  9. New

    Aggregated national dashboard

A dashboard that adds up, in real time, the stock of every connected center: what there is, how much, and where. The basis for coordinating nationally.
